Australia asks a lot of a window. Bushfire zones, coastal spray, cyclone winds, summers over forty, winters near zero. Every product we ship meets the standard for where it's going — and we hold the test reports to prove it.

Bushfire

BAL-FZ capable across the range.

Every window and door can be specified to Bushfire Attack Level ratings up to and including Flame Zone. Testing to AS 3959 and AS 1530.8.2.

Thermal

U-Range 2.5–3.5 W/m²K, SHGC 0.38–0.65.

Non-thermally broken 101mm and 150mm series as standard, with a thermally broken series available on request. Double glazed with a 12mm argon-filled gap as standard.

Safety

Toughened glass, standard.

Grade A safety glass throughout, laminated where required by AS 1288. Privacy glass technology for bathrooms, ensuites and street-facing frontages.

Compliance

AS 2047. Independently tested.

Wind and water tested to AS 2047 by Intertek and NATA-accredited Azuma Hong Kong. Design SLS to 1200Pa, ULS to 5300Pa, water resistance to 600Pa. Every install documented, every component traceable.

Our qualification file includes AWA–AGGA accreditation for AS 1288 glazing, Intertek performance testing, and Azuma Hong Kong (NATA-accredited) wind and water test reports to AS 2047.

The glass does half the work.

Every unit is glazed to suit its climate zone, orientation and acoustic environment — chosen with you at the design stage.

Double Glazed Glass

  • ✓Thermal insulation — a 9mm+ argon-filled gap reduces heat transfer by 40% versus single glazing, meeting Australian energy rating standards.
  • ✓Noise reduction — 35dB+ sound insulation, ideal for urban areas near airports and highways.
  • ✓Condensation control — dew point tolerance below −20°C prevents fogging in coastal climates.

Laminated Glass

  • ✓Safety protection — the PVB interlayer holds glass fragments in place when broken.
  • ✓UV blocking — filters more than 99% of UV radiation, protecting interior furnishings from fading.
  • ✓High performance impact resistance — specified where AS 1288 requires Grade A safety glazing.
